Lois Krider

1st Grade Teacher

I have been teaching preschool and elementary - age students for nearly thirty years.  I received my degree from Purdue University, North Central, Westville, IN. I believe I am a co - worker in the Kingdom of God.  It is important to meet children where they are emotionally, academically, and spiritually and then guide them in a loving and safe learning environment  to realize they are special children of God; to encourage them to be the best they can be.  It's amazing to observe and be a part of the changes that take place in young children as the school year progresses; they are so impressionable and love to learn.  I delight in being a part of children's lives as I facilitate their spiritual and academic foundations. I am honored to teach at St. John's because I treasure sharing the wonderful news of Jesus' saving grace with the students.
