My classroom is centered on four central components. First, it is important for all of my students’ physical, emotional, and educational needs to be met. Second, my students should be motivated intrinsically, not extrinsically. Third, all of my students will be involved in successful collaboration with students as well as teachers. Fourth, all aspects of the classroom, when possible, should be tied in with the Lutheran religion.
