My name is Sandra Bangs and I am the Kindergarten teacher here at St.
John's Lutheran School.  I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Purdue
University with a Kindergarten Endorsement and Reading Minor.  This is my
3rd year as Kindergarten teacher and 5th year at St. John's. I also teach
Reading Club after school for students in Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grades.
I love teaching!  It is a joy to watch the children grow academically
and also spiritually.  Kindergarten is such a wonderful age to teach.  I
enjoy reading Bible stories and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with
my students daily.  The children are very eager for knowledge and love to be
right in the middle of every challenge I bring their way.  I feel it is
important to strive for each child's personal best and I look forward to
helping each child reach theirs!
